The LA Clippers celebrated completing the concrete frame and the first steel that will hold together about 9,000 tons of the new arena, the privately funded Intuit Dome. Construction on the 18,000-seat stadium is on schedule to open in 2024.

The Clippers intend to leave their current home, the Staples Center, when their lease expires in 2024. The team intends to share the new arena with the Sparks of the WNBA.
